Workshop description 'Circus - a safe(r) space for danger'
This workshop aims at fostering collective intelligence and passing on strategies and best practices for dealing with SGBV (Sexual and Gender Based Violence) as a victim and/or witness, using Plan SACHA's recommendations.
If you'd like to learn how to defend yourself verbally when facing sexist and sexual harassment, this workshop is for you! Whether as a victim or a witness, you've probably already tried out different strategies that suit you and work more or less depending on the setting. In this workshop, we'll be sharing tips and tricks, learning new tools and reinforcing your "no".
Anaïs Félix has been involved with Plan SACHA and the fight against gender-based and sexual violence since 2019. As a trainer, she emphasizes caring and conviviality, so that everyone can find the space to learn and express themselves.
Plan SACHA is a feminist organization that has been fighting against harassment and aggression in festive environments since 2018. Through three areas of work ( → training, awareness-raising, and care) Plan SACHA accompanies professionals and the public in parties to promote a culture of consent and make our party venues as *safe* as possible.
